Inspection Comments

Any Inspector/Seller comments be moved ahead of the three bullet point inspection disclaimers (Normal arbitration rules apply. Some sellers....., etc). These comments get lost in the disclaimers

    Upon further review there are three different comments sections. These should be grouped together. Seller comments, seller disclosures and two sections for inspection comments (NOTE: if two inspection comments field is needed, they are formatted correctly. First one needs to be justified to the left).
