Enhance Search Export Results List

Adds:

  1. Seller name

  2. Seller city

  3. Seller state

  4. NADA/BlackBook values

  5. ADR/Buyer Protection eligibility

How this would help: Give the ability for dealers, and RAEs , to create customized lists based on these requested and the existing information currently available. Would at any time in the day be able to produce a real-time list of available inventory. Any time, all day and accurate! Per the 5/5/22 RAE Consortium, the generated file should also include vehicle location, disclosures, seller name, city, state, ADR eligibility, etc in order to provide more robust lists.

    Explanation around the three attachments provided:

    • SearchResults050522_1: From the home page / Buy drop-down menu select Search. After setting filters and generating results press the Export Results button.

    • SearchResults050522_2: Customer will then receive an Export Successful message. A window allowing the user to open the file will reside in the upper right portion of the display.

    • SearchResults050522_3: Sample of present day file generated. Note that the following fields are included today. Items listed above would be in addition to the following:

      • VIN

      • Year

      • Make

      • Model

      • Trim

      • Mileage

      • Opening Price/Current Bid

      • Buy It Now Price

      • Vehicle Link

    Our wish is that we can use 4.0 to pull daily lists thus eliminating the various buy lists we receive daily
