need to refresh when the x is hit to clear keyword search. also need to clear keyword search when Clear All is selected

it is very clunky to clear and then hit the search. what this also does is adds the defaults back in and resets your searches. clear all should literally clear all, including keyword search.

    AGREE! I type a dealer name in "" then, when I attempt to Clear All and start over that dealer name comes back. Very frustrating. I have to click on Bid List or something to get it to reset/clear out.
