If a group of stores would like to have a person control vehicle purchases we simply send a note to IDs and they set them up as a Lead Buyer

Dealer Ambassador Set-Up

If a group of stores would like to have a person control vehicle sales here is the process:

• Each store has to have an active person who can go under the “manage” tab and authorize the person as an ambassador

• The “want to be” ambassador has to register, receive a “new” PDN in addition to all the other IDs

• If the “active” person at the store is the same as the ambassador, as in this case he has to log in to each store and authorize

This may not seem like a lot until you consider our new Dealer had to set up 3 new and different IDs + a new ID for the ambassador in addition to the already active ID for his Lead buyer status. He now has 5 different IDs so he can buy for 4 stores and sell for 3 stores.
