allow user to remove multiple vehicles from the bid list at one time

add a select all and/or box to select multiple vehicles to remove from bid list.

The attached image depicts the present state, in which a customer can only remove one Bid List vehicle at a time by clicking on the noted minus button. It is presently not possible to remove more than one vehicle at a time.
