Get the NADA Values so they are 100% correct and make it so sellers can properly and completely list all equipment that adds value in dollars to the bookout.

Buyer buy based off book values so sellers should be able to post the book values correctly. Both the buyer and the seller could benefit from this change.

    This was a problem with the old system as well. Be a good thing to address now.
