Close of Auction Error

Yesterday, two cars in the bidlist never moved to "Won" status. One went extended, the other closed at 2:30, and neither shifted. Going to OG bidlist showed "Won" at the same time.

Bought one car today from my bidlist after 2:30 close with the "buy now" feature. In Chrome, using Stockwave, I clicked the buy button, and it gave me an error that the unit was 'not available right now.' I opened Edge and using the new bid list I had the same error. Switched to the legacy bidlist and it worked fine.

Same error at close of auction today 6/3, that moved me to post yesterday. The one car we won today did not show up as leading until after 2:20 -coincidentally I was messing around with the collapse/expand feature, notes feature, and then suddenly it showed up in leading. At the time of this post, the "won" vehicle has still not shown up as "won" in the new bid list. Further, please note that the count of vehicles is different between the two platforms.

I would also like to point out in this screenshot which is a side by side with legacy bid list that ALL the vehicles in my list show up in the same amount of space it takes 3 in the new format. I want to also point out that I can very easily tell which cars I am losing because they are COLOR CODED.

When I select to view cars in the bidlist by user, selecting my name removes the two cars that I have bid on. Screenshot attached. Compare the VINs to "bidlist error."

Additionally the Durango on my bidlist in the screenshot "bidlist error" is from 2019. Why is it there?

Checking on the units I already bid on, they did not show up on the bid list like they should have. I am not indicated as "leading" on two in spite of being the leading bidder. Additionally there should be a color assist to make this a faster visual scan -it would be great not to have to read to be able to know something.

Today, at close of auction bidding on this unit did not update as it should have. Clicking bid in the panel on the right incremented the bid, but the bid list did not change. Refreshing the bid list did not show the changes and ultimately I had to revert to legacy in order to properly gauge what was happening.

It becomes apparent from this experience, where one car was "Leading" the entire time and the other was fluctuating between them, that having tabs for this functionality is undesirable. I would suggest instead, using the abundant white background space to indicate with a color shade whether one is "leading" or "outbid" say in green or red.

Additionally, the entries in the new bid list are too empty (negative space). Compared with the legacy bid list, the information density of the new entries:

    1) Requires scrolling for more than 3 separate entries even on a 1080p screen (I am running 4k).

    2) Adds very little extra information. The pictures are nice to make a quick distinction, but notes would/do serve the same purpose.

    3) Managing multiple tabs on the bid list after 2:25, and flipping back and forth between them, combined with paranoia over whether refresh button is working, makes this experience much busier than the legacy system. If the big deal about this system is that it auto-refreshes TAKE AWAY THE REFRESH BUTTON. There is an implication by virtue of it being there that it may not work on its own.

Compress the entries to fit more than 3 in a 1080p space. Color code them instead of tabs. Get rid of the "LEADING"/"OUTBID" redundancy in each entry, keeping the master total at the top.
