Make increasing your bid or autobid easier

Need to be able to enter specific bid amount especially with autobid rather than having to click the '+' button multiple times. Should just be able to type into the field.

Please allow us to enter a bid on Auto bid. Due to if someone starts an auction at $100 and you want to bid up to $70k it will take forever with the + or - Merged
