Please oh Please make the arbitration process better! You arent sure if they got it or if they are trying to contact you. If we could see notes as to "in process", "waiting to hear from seller", inspector scheduled"

Just somehow make some note so we know if its our turn to respond or if we are waiting for seller to respond. It has taken weeks after submitting one to know whats even going on.
