VOC: Please add PM Auction buyer tip

as not all vehicles are eligible for PM sale, it would be helpful to easily promote the vehicles available in the PM sale.

    Better if it had a lane filter, like in the old site. Same problem now exists for Saturday sale. There is not an easy way to find those vehicles without looking at individual auction end times
