Eliminate unnecessary calls to the arb team for follow up. If the Dealer can click on any closed arbitration case and see post arb details, ie: when proceeds were refunded, confirm transport bill was received for reimbursement, check when transport was reimbursed, etc, it would significantly reduce the number of calls the arbitration team and the RAE's have to follow up on after the arb case is closed
