SmartAuction Buyers have run into difficulties with the Oregon DMV accepting the SmartAuction ROS as they state it does not satisfy their information requirements, the addition of the below information has been confirmed by the OR DMV as satisfactory.

Scope:

1. We must implement a global update to the SmartAuction ROS

2. We must add the Seller Address in addition to the existing Storage Location Address

3. We must provide the Auction name and Address on the ROS
