In the past, when a client would receive the sold notification it provided the buyers contact information which included their name and phone number. Now it only provides the dealerships name and general phone number. Unlike dealers, Auctions need to build out the buyers information in their host system for each unit they sell online. For this to be done, they need the buyers name, phone # and Auction Access #. Since they don't know who the buyer is until they receive the seller summary report, this is adding delays with them being able to do their job in an effective manner.
