Andy Strong created a VS User ID hoping to be able to let his Salespersons use it while searching through Stockwave. He stated they needed the SA User ID to see condition reports that are not available within Stockwave only. He doesn't want them logging in directly to SA as it helps is workflow management to keep everyone searching through Stockwave.

Andy Strong created a Virtual Showroom ID hoping he's able to link Stockwave the same way he does a (Dealer Role) User ID. He's aware SmartAuction works best when logging into SA first then any additional site after that. However he wants the ability to log into Stockwave first then SA while using a (SalesPerson) Virtual showroom ID. While on the call we logged into the Virtual showroom ID first and then attempted using the Stockwave tool and he described he was unsuccessfuly. Could be result to the Virtual showroom ID not having buy/ sell abilities.
